Dr. Timothy Okon is a graduate of Imperial College London & Texas A&M University. He has demonstrable accomplishments in oil and gas exploration and exploitation and excellent business skills in comparative analysis of fiscal regimes. He is currently the CEO of IIPELP Group and led the government team working on the proposed Petroleum Industry Bill. Dr Okon was the Group Executive Director Exploration and Production as well as the Executive Director for Corporate Planning and Strategy and Director of Transformation at NNPC.

Niyi Ayoola-Daniels, is a seasoned Energy Lawyer and President of the International Institute for Petroleum, Energy Law and Policy (IIPELP). He is the author of the Book "Nigerian Laws, Cases & Materials on Oil & Gas". He has consulted for Nigeria's House of Representatives Committee on Petroleum Resources (Upstream). He is actively engaged in Oil and Gas Legislative advocacy, legislative networking, extensive lobbying, legislative compliance, formulation and monitoring of bills, policies and legislative proceedings as well as capacity building in Nigeria's oil and gas legal system.

Group Executive Director (Gas & Power) and Senior Business Adviser to the Minister of Petroleum Resources (Gas issues). He was responsible mainly for the development of the Nigerian Gas master Plan and also advised the GMD (NNPC) on broad upstream issues.

Mr. Osten Olorunsola has been in the industry for over 31 years. He was appointed Director, Department of Petroleum Resources in 2011. Prior to that appointment, he had served as Strategic Business Adviser to the Minister of Petroleum Resources (2008-2009).

Dorothy Ufot is the founding partner of Dorothy Ufot & Co, a leading law firm in Nigeria since 1994, where she heads the international arbitration and litigation departments of the firm. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989; she has an LLM, from the University of Lagos. Dorothy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
